Every appointment is a private, one on one session with your dog receiving our undivided attention. (unless multiple dogs from the same family).  Pick up and drop off times are mandatory.  Any appointment more then 10 mins late will be cancelled and a no-show fee may apply.  Late pick ups will also incur a fee.
